I Believe

I believe

The rain falls to give us rainbows and waterfalls.

Cats purr to sooth the aching of our hearts.

Babies coo to call the angels down from heaven.

I know

God loves us one and all.

Creating more good is the purpose of life.

Everyone and everything is connected.

I wish

Everyone could share peace and compassion.

Acceptance would replace fear.

To share my beliefs and heart with all.

I pray

That each day brings goodness.

That every hour another finds solace.

To be grateful for all I have been given.

I bless

The Lord who saved us.

The givers, caretakers, heroes, those who need and my enlightenment.

All that is part of the universe.
