For the moment, there are two Iterations of the Living Room, The New one can be found Here at Live Journal. The rules are the same as below and Ignorance is no excuse.

The current site remains for the time being. If you have been here before, and are knowledgeable about the house rules, feel free to enter now. Otherwise, please keep reading since ignorance will not be an excuse for anyone who violates the house rules.

The Living Room is a message forum intended to provide an opportunity for folks to comment on this site and the writings here, or to include their own writings. Visitors are encouraged to comment as they see fit, subject to the following:

- This is not an adult only site; so moderate your language accordingly.

- Do not engage in personal attacks. Such posts will be deleted, as the underlying philosophy of this site is to focus on the ideas being presented, not the presenter.

- Remember that there will be times when people must agree to disagree.

- Expect strong language when you are arguing a point with another poster. Strong views often produce strong emotions, which are expressed forcefully.
